I am still waiting for the clown who can fully describe and detail exactly what determines honesty, transparency and fairness. What the government says they are, ain't really it. Let's be totally honest; transparency and fairness are not anything any government is truly interested in accomplishing. These are no more than empty promises and buzzwords.
I'm reading through the statements which would have been presented at the Council meeting. Ouch! I'm not surprised the councillors bailed out and did a runner. Do you think they may have been keeping Barton House in reserve for such an occasion? The plot thickens...
