We’re writing about these schemes from a perspective of being non-drivers and actually liking the idea of having as many of the amenities of life as possible within a fifteen minute walk of where we live, we object to the way local authorities want to impose fifteen minute neighbourhoods on the residents they're supposed to be serving.
